For more than 20 years, Ian has been at the forefront of HR transformation, running People Analytics teams and complex people data initiatives at Amazon, JPMorgan Chase, Google, Sears, and American Express. His trademark playbook blends rigorous data science with an operator's feel for change management, helping CHROs turn fragmented HR data ecosystems into insight engines that drive business impact. At Ikona, Ian sets the company vision, defines strategic priorities, leads GTM and business development efforts, cultivates executive relationships and industry partnerships, and champions our mission to rewire work for the AI era.

Bennet is an applied-AI engineer who has scaled machine-learning products for global workforces at Expedia Group, Amazon, and Merck. Equal parts architect and coach, he's built teams that translate raw HR data into productized insight reducing time-to-decision from months to minutes. At Ikona he leads platform engineering, AI development, and data science.

He helped build analytics and technology teams at Facebook, Uber, and Nike, and served as VP of People Analytics Strategy at One Model, where he defined the People Data Supply Chain and helped scale People Analytics infrastructure for Fortune 500s.
Named an HR Tech 100 honoree, Richard brings deep practitioner experience, a wide-ranging network, and product strategy to Ikona, where he leads product design, narrative, and roadmap.
